According to Jim Collins, author of the book Good to Great, “…real people in real companies want to be part of a winning team. They want to contribute to producing real results.   1. Start with the who

  1. Realise that mediocre people won’t produce great results

If you have the wrong people working for your organisation, nothing else matters. You may be headed in the right direction, but you still won’t achieve greatness. Great vision with mediocre people still produces mediocre results.
